I am Yanina, an agent at CENTURY 21 Zona Alta in Barcelona, part of one of the largest property networks in the world. I work both sides of the market: with buyers, whether arriving from abroad or already living in Spain, and with owners selling in Barcelona and along the coast.

Behind me are my own track record and the CENTURY 21 network — nearly 80 countries, 11,000 offices. In practice that means homes that never reach the portals, real transaction prices rather than asking prices, and a colleague on the ground when the buyer is in one country and the property in another.
