How soon can I move in?
Depending on the season and your criteria, we usually send suitable options within a few days. A long-term contract is typically signed within one to two weeks.
What deposit and upfront costs should I expect?
For long-term lets, expect roughly one month's rent in advance, one to two months' deposit and the agent's commission. We confirm the exact figures for each property before you commit.
Do I need a NIE to rent?
For long-term contracts most landlords ask for a NIE (foreigner's tax number). We guide you through getting one. Seasonal and short-term stays are usually more flexible.
Can you help if I'm not in Spain yet?
Yes. We run live video viewings and handle the contract and paperwork remotely, in English or Russian, so you can choose and sign before you arrive.
What documents do landlords ask from foreign tenants?
Usually a passport and NIE, proof of income or savings, and sometimes a guarantor or a few extra months paid upfront. We help you prepare a strong application file.
